Conditions of participation for the advent calendar
Only one participation per maildomain/person per day is possible. The advent calendar starts on December 1, 2023 at 00:00 o’clock. Participation is possible until 24 December 2023 at 00:00. Participation is possible until the end of the respective day.
The draw and notification of the winners will take place within 5 days. Due to the company vacation at the end of the year, the prize can be handed over until the end of January 2024. The legal process is excluded.
Employees of the Kirchdorfer Group are eligible to participate. The Kirchdorfer Group reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if they violate these conditions of participation. Participants who use unauthorized aids or otherwise attempt to gain an advantage through manipulation will be excluded from participation. If necessary, the prize will be subsequently revoked and reclaimed. Anyone who provides false personal information will also be disqualified.
The winner will receive a notification e-mail to the e-mail address provided by him/her. If a winner does not respond by January 31, 2024, the claim to the prize will be forfeited.
There is no warranty or guarantee claim on the prize. The winnings will not be settled in cash. In the event that the prize becomes a warranty claim within the warranty period specified by the manufacturer, the winner must contact the manufacturer. The winning images are symbolic images. The prize may differ in color and model from the images used.
The Kirchdorfer Group reserves the right to terminate the Advent Calendar at any time without prior notice if, for technical or legal reasons, proper execution cannot be guaranteed with reasonable effort.
Participation in the Advent Calendar requires the provision of personal data. The participant expressly agrees that the data submitted by him/her may be collected and processed for the purpose of carrying out and managing the Advent calendar. The participant also agrees that he/she may receive messages from Kirchdorfer Group Services GmbH in connection with the competition at the e-mail address he/she has provided. In the event of revocation, the participant will be excluded from the competition. By participating, the participant agrees that photos of the prize presentation may be taken, used and published by the Kirchdorfer Group.
The personal data entered and transmitted by the participant in the course of the advent calendar will be collected, stored and used by Kirchdorfer Group Services GmbH exclusively for the purpose of carrying out and processing the competition, and will also be passed on to third parties (e.g. post office, parcel service, etc.), e.g. for the delivery of the prize.
Of course, we pay attention to compliance with the statutory rights that they have as a data subject. These are in particular:
- Information about the data processed about your person and issuance of a copy of the stored data (“right to information“);
- Correction or completion of incorrect or incomplete personal data upon request (“right to rectification“);
- Deletion of the personal data concerning you if the processing is carried out in violation of the GDPR, in particular in the event of revocation of your consent or justified objection on your part (“right to erasure“);
- Restriction to the processing of your data or objection to certain processing (“right to restriction of processing” and “right to object“);
- Receiving your data in a structured, common and machine-readable format and transferring the data to another controller (“right to data portability“).
If at any time you have the impression that your data is being used contrary to your interests, we request that you contact us at dataprivacy@kirchdorfer.eu. Of course, you have the possibility to exercise the “right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority” if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes the GDPR (Article 77 GDPR). You may exercise this right before a supervisory authority in the Member State of your residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement.
