KIRCHDORFER WINS SAP QUALITY AWARD 2023

The Kirchdorfer Group secured a place on the podium at the prestigious SAP Quality Award 2023, which recognizes companies for their innovative approach to the digitalization of their business processes.

The German software group SAP recently honored outstanding management in SAP projects in Vienna. Winners in 4 categories were selected from a large number of projects submitted from all over Austria. Among the proud winners was the Kirchdorfer Group, which was honored alongside three other companies in the “CX Digital Transformation Excellence” category.

Kirchdorfer received the award for its excellent implementation and quality in the “Customer feedback using the SAP Sales Cloud” project. The innovative solution and efficient project management met the high standards of the SAP quality criteria.

In close cooperation with the quality management team and the in-house SAP experts, a cloud solution for automatic customer feedback surveys was created for the first time.

Project manager Klaus Aichholzer, Head of the Road division, emphasizes: “What we used to do externally every two to three years now runs fully automatically via a workflow. As a result, we are faster, more effective and more targeted when collecting feedback from our customers and can react quickly. Thanks to the collaboration with our Kirchdorfer IT department, we have succeeded in creating a central solution for Kirchdorfer Concrete Solutions!”

The SAP integration enables proactive and independent recording of customer feedback, tracks it in real time and continuously provides new insights into the services provided. The application can be used on the move, has a modern user interface and the latest customer feedback results are immediately visible on the dashboard of the responsible employee.

As the Kirchdorfer Group, we are ambitious and are planning enhancements to the SAP Sales Cloud, including lead opportunity and visit management across all business areas of Kirchdorfer Concrete Solutions. Visit reports and project information can be recorded quickly and easily and can be assigned or forwarded directly to the responsible sales employees.

The award is a well-deserved recognition of the expertise within the Group.
